I detested that era. They imposed their exclusive single-standard view of what sensual/sexy/beautiful is and suppressed the rest of us. Gay fascism! I am a chubby/bear chaser. For the longest time, nothing reflected what I loved in our limited media. I thank the universe (and the gay gods!) for how our community has evolved over the years to embrace EVERYONE.
