Last night, I woke up every two hours like clockwork. Every time, I grabbed a book and read until I drifted back to sleep. And then did it all over again. All night long.
So let’s just say I’m a little groggy today, equal parts excited and exhausted.
But it is Sunday. My kind of “fun day.” Which means the only plan is to move slow, stay curious, and squeeze as much joy as possible out of the day that I technically started four times already.

P.S. I wish I could blame this round of Sleepless in Pasadena on insomnia. But this time, it was my own damn fault. I couldn’t shut my brain off after a couple of “deep conversations” yesterday. They lingered, replayed, and sparked new thoughts just when I was supposed to be sleeping. Oh. Well. The chats were definitely worth the sleep deprivation!
P.P.S. Another thing that kept waking me up was the realization my YouTube channel is on the verge of hitting 10 million views. I don’t even know how to feel about that. Color me grateful and a bit overwhelmed. Thank you to everyone who’s watched my videos over the past couple of years!
