I know what you mean, just on a much smaller scale. I got a warning for something I'd written in a comment. The problem was that YT didn't tell me which comment. I followed up several times and explained it's physically impossible for me to address the problem unless I know which comment violated guidelines. I never got a response.
Oh, the comments situation is a mess. Things appear/disappear, but YT doesn't wanna address its problems. They just wanna beat TikTok. I'm on a chat with their "support" team right now. I'm ashamed at how badly I'm abusing them, but it's the only thing that seems to get any attention or (maybe) resolution. Not confident they will do anything but make more excuses, but I continue to try. They frustrate me, so I return the favor. I just wanna make and post videos.
