Thanks for the rainbow check, Fred. Iβll update momentarily. Appreciate that. And yes, the gym can be a scary place. But I can be a scary guy. So I guess we should make friends with each other. lol
πΆπΆ Go Clint Go!! with call and response to the tune of Toni BasilπΆπΆ How well I remember being the group leader taking Circuit Classes at the Gym. More so in the day of all male Y's A group circuit session, (swim optional) open showers then down to the bar for a few π» and luxuriate in male bonding before everyone heading home. I got into the habit of 85 lengths (1 mile) swim daily, often running to the gym and back (even after a π») So I wanna know where I started with bloody circulation issues which spoils my quality of life now gggggrrrrrr However Clint Chin up and your taking your first step again. You're taken so many new first steps this summer/year, so I award you a ποΈπ for effort. Cheers DougT π«π΄π¬π§
Thank you, dear Doug! I love your YMCA stories and hope youβll keep telling them. 85 lengths?! You mustβve been quite the dish, swimmer boy. Wishing you better circulation and more freedom, love, and light. Cheers!
The Chef posted one in his own name, it was just as riotous as if with Richard. Full of puns and innuendos π I can find it and post it to you BUT it won't help your weight loss
Good choice, my friend. I only went to a gym for a little while to get a bit more "pec-y" for IML in 1997. It actually did more for my confidence than my chest............. but, in the end, it worked!!! Perhaps a better example was earlier, a friend and I rented a studio in the Cocteau Theater in Santa Fe for two hours a week. We'd just bring our favorite music and just dance for the two hours. Keeps ya limber!!!
Love it, Dennis! I was boogie woogie-ing in my living room all weekend, avoiding the news and enjoying some old music that put some pep back in my step. Not as peppy as the Cocteau Theater in Santa Fe, but I will use that image as inspiration. Cheers!
Iβm so proud for you my friend! Itβs an amazing thing to invest in yourself! I have plans to do the dance when I move to civilization so i look forward to hearing your story! I pledge to get back in track in Kevinβs program today. The weekend was nuts so I did not do well. Thank you for sharing my post! Youβre the absolute best! Much love your way and see you at meditation! πππ
Thanks, Ricky. My weekend wasnβt that nuts, but I still pushed pause on everything, including Kevinβs course, to get my head on straight(er) and gear up for this next chapter of weight loss and wellness. Time to get back in the game of lifeβ¦for real! Catch up with you later and cya at meditation! π§ββοΈβοΈ
Hiya, Larry. Appreciate your support. As for before and after shots, letβs just say Iβm shyβ¦especially about my physical fitness (or lack thereof). So I wouldnβt hold my breath. :-p :-*
Another old time memory song. So fun, yet so silly.
Hehehe. Itβs almost as silly as this 1990s one hit wonder: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P5mtclwloEQ
Thanks Clint ππͺπͺπͺπͺπͺπͺπͺπͺπͺπͺπͺπ
You, go Clint, indeed!
Please note that Dan Bucatinsky needs a rainbow icon next to his name, as he has a husband.
Best wishes at that scary place, the gym.

Judging from how he humps his appliances, Iβm sure he works out all those calories. Maybe I need to find a chef whoβs also a trainer? Cheers!
