Mind your own garden. It's hard not to engage with the news, but putting oneself on a strict news diet is necessary for mental health. You’re so right Clint! As your northern next door neighbour, it’s not just the tone of the news but the fact that it’s a daily barrage of negativity. We have to hang on to our sane community as much as possible.
Community is our strength as we hang on to hope (my slogan for this new year). My great solace is knitting, much knitting/creating with loving stitches for folks to hug on. Fiber folks make for a beautiful community.
