Hi, Sam! Yeah, my lovely landlord has spent a small fortune lately on the plumbing my rental (of 12 years). But a dear friend invited me to become his roommate, so we’re making “Project Golden Girls” a reality. My friend is my “brother from another mother/sister from another mister.” We’re family, so it’s a good move…and my landlord is completely supportive. No sympathy needed, but I appreciate you!
