Get into the swing again, damned Clint I wrote you a longish smart arse comment but it's just 'vanished' when I went to copy the YT link Gggrrrr. Anyways get on that pony and ride. Cheers DougT ๐ซ๐ด๐ฌ๐ง
Ohhhhh, Dougs, that's a good 'un! As for the smart ass comments, you know I welcome them. I also understand the frustration of writing a good comment only to have it disappear. Damn technology but cheers to you!
What you describe about โre-entryโ hits on something people rarely say out loudโthat the hardest part of coming back isnโt skill loss, itโs overcoming the psychological drag of having stopped. The way you frame momentum as a โloyal old horseโ is a great antidote to that mental block. Itโs a reminder that weโre not starting from zeroโweโre just waking up muscles (physical or creative) that have been napping.
Thanks, Nova. My musclesโboth mental and physicalโwere nearly comatose for far too long. Luckily, theyโre waking up more and more by the dayโฆand do better when I donโt expect too much out of them. True progress comes in fits and starts (and sometimes stops too). Cheers!
Absolutely, Clint. Thatโs a wise way to approach itโprogress in its own rhythm is still progress. Glad to hear youโre feeling the stirrings again.
Thank you, dear Lee, for the good luck wishes and sharing your pov on working out. Iโm debating a bunch of health-related stuff. I have a gym membership, but not sure Iโm going to keep itโฆto be determined. Cheers and thank you for being a friend!

The Foil, Arms and Hog group are terrific, witty and makes you think several times to catch the hidden humour in their scripts
