So very true, Sam. It’s why I don’t let myself just quit and do nothing. I always have little “admin” projects going that keep me busy and help my creative muscles remain limber. Got some solid work done yesterday. I’ll be back at it tomorrow. Cheers and thanks for the well wishes!
It seems we are all going through difficult times at the moment, for one reason or another, that is bound to stymie our creative endeavours and flow! Don't be too hard on yourself, Clint, you are in good company. It is always a pleasure to take in what you produce! I'll leave it at that. Many thanks!!!
Thank you, Larry, for your continued kindness and support. We all are indeed going through “some stuff.” But I’m continually reminded how lucky I am to be surrounded by so many wonderful people. In real life and online. Cheers!
A belated THANK YOU, MTF! As for the bell, just as I was mustering the courage to take a closer look (and maybe ring the bell), my doctor walked in to redirect me to his office. When I asked about the tableaux, he shrugged and walked away. lol
Thanks for the good news Clint, and Happy Birthday Anne Rice. I don't even remember how many of her books I've read. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_PV9MqENyTI Claudia's final request | Interview with The Vampire
Thanks, Steve. I’ve only read a couple of Ms. RIce’s books, but that scene you sent…wow, Claudia is my kind of woman. Don’t fuck around. Don’t find out. :-p
Who's as clever as Harvey? No one. I've never been consistent in much of anything, except in being inconsistent. My handwriting, for example, is legible some days, almost nice-looking other days, an incomprehensible scrawl on yet other days. The same for my various creative endeavors (I have some). The adventure is watching to see which me appears at any given moment. So I have a lot of heart for your conundrums...er, conundra(?) .
Consistency and creativity. As musicians would phrase it, "Practice, practice, practice."
Performance is 10% talent and 90% repetition. (Or 10% inspiration, 90% perspiration.)
. Very happy to read about your good results in cardio-vascular health, Clint.

Yay for flying colors on your heart test. But inquiring minds want to know: Did you ring the bell? Seems like an invitation... xo

Oh, Clarke. Glad I’m in good company. Wishing you a wonderful weekend. Here’s to us conundrummers. :-p
