Today is National Bobblehead Day.
To celebrate, I woke up early and deleted Threads, Instagram, and Facebook from all my devices. Then, I added them to my list of blocked websites.
And I did all this before hearing one of the world’s biggest billionaire bobbleheads—Mark Zuckerberg—had posted the too-little-too-late video above on Instagram.
How did I hear about it? On X/Xitter/Twitter, of course.
For the record, I dislike Musk too—but at least F. Elon’s always been loud and proud about being an asshat. With Zuck, it’s the sneaky, polished, PR-coated manipulation that makes him an even worse human being in my opinion. Conniving and cowardly.
That, and the fact that Meta-Static has now ruined three once-useful platforms—Facebook, Instagram, and Threads—with its “ad-friendly” censorship, algorithmic garbage, and mental health-destroying tactics.
All to make Zuck and his minions at Meta billions and billions.
Ironically, despite his AI-inspired makeover and MMA training, Zuck still has more dollars than common sense. There are many, many things money still can’t buy.
For instance, Zuck can’t chokehold his way into having a soul. Much less an authentic human emotion. And though he’d likely kick my ass in the ring, it’d almost be worth it just to try smacking some sense into his ridiculously punchable face.
I’m not a fan of violence, but I’m guessing he learned how to fight because he knows how many would like to make him their personal punching bag. Just saying…
WHAT THE ZUCK, ZUCK?
My disgust for Zuck goes back years. But it wasn’t until witnessed him actively banning and blocking LGBTQ accounts on Threads last year, that I truly started despising him.
And though I don’t like or trust Elon either, at least X has corn and isn’t pretending to be a sanitized utopia for ad dollars. To me, Zuck is a hypocrite: he positions Meta as a community-builder while exploiting communities for cash, clicks, and control.

Zuck has never cared about responsibility. He cares about optics. About placating whoever has the most money or power at the time—be it Big Bad Daddy Drumpf, corporate advertisers, or new buddies F. Elon Musk and Dana White.
His sudden, "heartfelt" attempt to address the issues plaguing Meta is laughable. Tone-deaf, self-serving, and about as sincere as the AI avatars he’s trying to push.
LESS META = MO’ BETTA
I gave up on Facebook and Instagram a long time ago. But now, Threads joins my list of failed social media experiments. Zuckerberg’s platforms don’t serve people—they serve him and his minions. His empty apologies and vague promises of reform are as heartfelt and meaningful as a bobblehead’s head nod.
And personally, I find (most) bobbleheads more endearing…and human.
The Billionaire Boys Club—Zuck, Elon, Bezos, and their ilk—see everyone as data points, products to sell, and pawns in their social media war games. They lack empathy and ethics…and can’t seem to resist the urge to take advantage of those with less influence and power.
Zuck and Musk might have billions in the bank, but they’re both bankrupt in my book.
So, Zuck Zuck…and that little Elon too. I’m out.

Boy, you really stuck it to Zuck and I could not agree with you m ore heartily! In fact, with but a very few exceptions, virtually any billionaire is not worth a cent imo. None of them have hearts nor the ability to understand real people.
It is heartening to see there are actually people who see through the horseshit. Unfortunately, we are stuck with a dumbass who only cares about himself for the next four years, and I just pray that his ass kissers do not destroy too many things.
As for the billionaires who will be running the place, my prediction is that they will screw up and self destruct at some point hopefully before they destroy too much. One can hope, at least.
